This policy describes how Quantum Cauldron (“we”) collects and uses personal information on quantumcauldron.shop. It is written for people who visit the shop, sign in, or buy a reading, class, live event, subscription, or gift. Last updated September 21, 2026.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. That login creates a WordPress subscriber account so you can return to My readings.

When you check out or use your account, we also keep:

Name, email address, and phone number

Stripe customer and payment records

Orders, live bookings, class enrollments, subscriptions, and gift purchases

Intake answers only when an offering asks for them, including birth date or time when that offering requires it

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show the readings and purchases tied to your account, and fulfill what you bought. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share account data with Meta so Facebook Login can identify you, and with Stripe so payments can be processed. Each of those companies handles the data under its own privacy policy.
